How much time do I need to dedicate?

More time the better. Here's a break down.

Minimum:

  • 1.5 hours for 'date-myself' video
  • 10 minutes daily practice

Optional:

  • 1 hour for a Live call or catch up with the recording.
  • 1 - 2 hours connecting with community (Facebook group and smaller sisterhood groups).
  • Do the 'Date yourself practice' again!

So anywhere between 2 to 6 hours per week.


What else is required?

Your commitment. You are investing time, money and energy into this course. Know why you want to do it as this will fuel your commitment. There is nothing more important to invest in than yourself and that means really showing up and being ready. 

You'll also want to make sure you have a private space where you won't be disturbed for your date nights. Coconut oil or oil of your choice is also recommended.


When is everything happening?

You can sign up to this course at any time but if you want the live Q & A calls then make sure you sign up before the 14th May 2020. The cart is only open for 2 week prior so get in quick!

Live calls will be on Wednesday nights 7 - 8pm NZT via Zoom.

Your daily practice is recommended to be done every morning. You'll have 4 daily practices in total throughout the month, 1 for each week that is paired with the date night theme.


Will there be any nudity?

No, I will guide you but stay clothed.


Will anyone know that I've signed up?

Only the other women who sign up too. Your confidentiality is extremely important to me. The live calls will be in Zoom therefore your name and profile picture will be present but audio and video optional. We create a safe, confidential container before entering group call and only women signed up to this programme have access. They will be recorded and only shared with the women in the 4 week programme.
